A Minor is anyone under the age of 18 years of age.

1. Minor child MUST be between the ages of 16 and 18 years old.
---------- We will not tattoo anyone under 16 years of age.

2. Parent or Legal Guardian MUST be present and remain in shop while minor child is getting tattooed.

3. Minor child Must have valid photo I. D. with date of birth.
----------- A valid I. D. is considered a state issued drivers license, state issued I. D., passport, or school I. D. (some school I. D.s do not have a date of birth).

4. If minor child's I. D. does not have a date of birth, then the child's birth certificate will need to be brought as well.

5. Parent or Legal Guardian must also have valid state issued I. D.

6. If parent's and child's last names or addresses are different, then they must bring a birth certificate as well.

7. Legal Guardian must have court ordered papers showing guardianship and right to make legal decisions for the minor child.
