At Body Candy Tattoos, we are very concerned with the utmost in health and safety. ALL needles are single-use and ALL instruments are autoclave sterilized with state of the art equipment.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Per Michigan law, Body Candy Tattoos will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent. With parental consent and a signed waiver we will do a tattoo at the age of 16. Proof of identification and parent/legal guardianship is required for all tattoos at the time of the tattoo regardless of apparent age. Acceptable Identification include: birth certificate, driver's license, school ID (must have photo and birth date) or other state-issued photo ID. Absolutely no one will be tattooed without proper documentation.
Piercings may be obtained by persons at or over the age of 16 and MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proof of ID and a signed waiver form must be filled out.
