In 1979 Charley & Sandy opened a tattoo shop in College Park, MD
with the idea that a friendly, family-oriented tattoo studio was long overdue.
Taking cues from other well established customer oriented businesses,
they set about bringing these ideals to the tattoo business.
Almost 30 years later, they have 2 shops, in MD & VA
and a loyal clientele spanning generations.
