There are a umber of different reasons you may want your tattoo removed. It could be anything from its stopping you from getting a job, it’s now stretched out, or even gang related.
Laser tattoo removal is getting more and more affordable. Not only is it getting more affordable but it’s getting less painful as well.
The laser breaks up the color pigments in the skin with a high-intensity light. The color is then absorbed by the body. The more laser treatments you have the more the color will fade. It will take you more than one session for your tattoo to be completely removed, sometimes even 15 sessions. If your tattoo was done by an amateur, normally those tattoos come out the easiest since they were most likely done with cheaper link.
In rare cases, the laser may damage the skin and lead to scaring. Most the time however, the laser will only produce mild blistering, like a sunburn.
Each session only lasts a few minutes, with the costs from anywhere to a hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars depending on the number of treatments. The cost of laser tattoo removal has fallen by 20% since March of 2006 to May of 2010.
