Rock City offers the areas finest selection of tattoo designs or we can work together to design your own custom piece. Cover ups and repairs are a specialty. Rock City also provides permanent makeup application, expertly applied, using 7 years make up experience, along with 7 years tattoo experience, using the industry's most up to date pigments and anesthetics.
