I understand that some people like to pamper themselves from time to time, but if that involves getting a temporary tattoo made from solid gold that might last about a week, may I suggest that you've probably got too way much cash lying around.

The solid 24 carat gold tattoos are available at a salon that's aptly called Precious Skin in Dubai, which might be one of the few places on earth where this isn't likely to be considered hideously poor taste. At least until rap stars here in the US catch wind of this.

The tattoos range in price from a relatively modest $50, to a crazy $5,500 a piece, which works out to about $50 an hour for the time you'll be awake during that week.
