Shipping (U.S.): We will ship the merchandise within 3 business days by UPS (Ground Service). The shipping and handling charge varies from one product to another, but is listed in the individual product page. The tipical S&H charge for a tattoo machine is $9.95 (US orders only). (The shipping of used and antique machine is subject to the policy explained below.)

Shipping (International):The shipping costs for non-U.S. orders vary significantly from one country to another. We ask overseas customers to pay the actual shipping cost plus a $5.95 surcharge. Also, please be advised that we ship the goods only to the credit card billing address. We track the shipped merchandise and need to verify the goods are delivered. Return Policy (New Machine): Unused or defective machine may be returned within 30 days after the invoice date for a full refund. We will credit the card you used for the order. Pack and seal your return item securely, in the original package if possible, and include your name and contact information. Package must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Used or Antique Tattoo Machine is sold "as is" and the return policy of new machine is not applied. If the shipping and handling charge is not indicated, the buyer is responsible for paying a $9.95 shipping and handling charge to the seller including the insurance. Sellers are entitled to ask buyers to pay a fixed lump sum S&H charge if our standard $9.95 is not acceptable. However, in the absence of S&H information, the seller is deemed to agree to our $9.95 policy, and is responsible for the shipping of the goods (insured) to the buyer within 3 business days after the seller's placement of order via Tattoo-Machine.com. When the goods are delivered, the buyer may return the machine within 7 days provided the machine is defective or the descriptions of the goods offered for sale on the site are NOT true or accurate, and in addition the buyer reports the reason(s) for return to Tattoo-Machine.com in a timely manner. The buyer is responsible for paying the returning shipping expense, and the seller will not be paid for the shipping and handling charge. In the event, the buyer does not report the reasonable reason(s) for return within 7 days, the transaction is deemed to be satisfactory completed, and the seller will be paid. Buyers are advised to report the acceptance of the goods as soon as possible so that Tattoo-Machine.com can make the payment to the seller sooner. Within 3 business days after the acceptance report of the buyer or the end of 7-day return period, whichever the earlier, we will send a check to the seller for the full amount less our $19.95 fees.

Tax Policy: We collect sales tax when the goods are delivered to addresses in Connecticut.

Sellers: Sellers can list their used tattoo machine for sale at Tattoo-Machine.com on a consignment sales basis. Send your information to us by e-mail, including the name of machine, description, pictures (GIF, JPEG), selling price, etc. Sellers are responsible to provide true and accurate information of the product for sale. We accept orders from U.S. buyers only. When the buyer is found, we will inform the seller of the buyer's address where the seller needs to ship the machine. Buyers may return the machine if the machine is not satisfactory condition provided the returning shipping expense is paid by the buyer. Buyers will be paid via Tattoo-Machine.com for the item sold (the list price + $9.95 shipping fee - $19.95 transaction fee.) when the acceptance of the goods by the buyer is confirmed.
