ELK POINT, S.D. (KTIV) - A Sioux City man, who was charged with tattooing minors without parental consent, has pleaded guilty to the charges.

Authorities say Lance Dunlap, the owner of "Painless Pinworks" in North Sioux City South Dakota... may have tattooed up to three dozen teens at his shop.

Monday, he pleaded guilty to one count of tattooing a minor... and one count of filing a false return.

An investigation also determined the business had not been inspected for health codes.

A sentencing date hasn't been set.
